The "Fair Value" Model

We calculated the Fair Value of O based on three interest rate scenarios.

  • Scenario A (Rates Drop to 3%): Fair Value = $72.
  • Scenario B (Rates Stay at 4%): Fair Value = $60.
  • Scenario C (Rates Rise to 6%): Fair Value = $45.

Currently trading at ~$52 (at time of writing), O is priced for a "Higher for Longer" world. This means any rate cut is pure upside optionality.
