How do I import my broker data?
Export a CSV from your broker (Fidelity, Schwab, Vanguard, etc.) and upload it to DivAgent. Our parser automatically maps your holdings, shares, and cost basis. Most imports complete in under 60 seconds.
What's included in the free tier?
Free includes the weekly yield-trap briefing, public previews, and selected ticker teasers. Portfolio tracking, imports, predictors, and alerts unlock through the Premium app subscription.
Do guides require a subscription?
No. Guides are standalone one-time PDF purchases. A guide purchase does not unlock the Premium app unless the checkout explicitly includes app access.
What does Pro Letter unlock?
Pro Letter unlocks subscriber-only issues, the archive, and Pro Letter alerts. It is separate from one-time guide PDFs unless a bundle says otherwise.
What does App + Pro include?
App + Pro includes Premium app access plus Pro Letter archive and alerts. It does not automatically include every standalone guide PDF unless the checkout grants those guide entitlements.
Can I download purchased guides later?
The supported path today is the secure download after successful checkout. Save the checkout/download email. Account-library downloads should only be treated as available where the product screen explicitly shows them.
